Matt and Katie came to Sleek Body Brides to get in shape for their very elegant wedding.

We jump started their program with Fat Furance 21 and they both lost 18 inches!
Over the next 2 months they ate clean, and trained with us in boot camp and private sessions. On their last day they were both at least one full size smaller. Matt went from a 32 waist to a 30! No more beer belly.
Katie looked amazing in her gown. We are so happy for them both. They look amazing!
